Six things I do, in the order they usually matter. Every engagement starts with a scoped audit, ends with documentation you own, and is delivered in English, French, Italian or Spanish.

1. GEO — AI search visibility

Get cited by ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Claude, in every language you sell in.

AI answer engines don’t rank pages; they choose sources. Each one chooses differently — ChatGPT leans on Bing and consensus authority, Google’s AI Overviews on its own index and entity graph, Perplexity on freshness, Claude on Brave and institutional depth. GEO is the work of making your site retrievable, quotable and attributable by all four, and of measuring whether it worked.

2. Measurement strategy & engineering

A GA4 and GTM setup that answers business questions and survives an audit.

Most analytics implementations measure what was easy to tag, not what the business needs to decide. I start from the questions, define the events and parameters that answer them, and implement them with consent handled properly rather than as a banner bolted on afterwards.

3. Data pipeline engineering

Your marketing data in BigQuery, modelled, tested and reported without anyone exporting a CSV.

GA4’s export is where analytics stops being a black box. I build the warehouse layer on top of it: Dataform pipelines that clean and model the raw events, joins to CRM, ads and consent data, and Looker Studio reporting that refreshes itself.

4. Technical SEO

The crawl, index and structure layer that both Google and the AI engines depend on.

Fifteen years of SEO in agencies, applied to what still moves rankings: crawlability, site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals and international setup. It’s also the foundation GEO is built on — most of what makes a page citable starts with making it indexable.

What’s included

5. AI & automation

Generative AI applied to marketing operations, where it pays for itself.

Not a strategy deck. I look at where your team spends repetitive hours — reporting, content operations, data cleaning, classification — and build the workflow that removes them, on Google Cloud and with the LLM APIs, with the guardrails and measurement to know it’s working.

What’s included

6. Training & workshops

GEO and analytics training for agency teams — in the room or on a call, in your language.

Half-day and full-day workshops for agencies that want to sell and deliver GEO themselves: how each engine picks its sources, how to audit a client, how to structure content and schema for citation, and how to measure it in GA4 and BigQuery. Also available for GA4/GTM and BigQuery fundamentals. A self-paced course is in preparation.
