Is this the right starting point?
For brands assessing AI visibility in a priority market, and agencies preparing a client engagement. It is most useful when you have a defined audience, commercial questions and a team able to act on findings.
- Where does our brand appear—and where do competitors appear instead?
- Which sources are cited, and what do they say?
- Which technical or content gaps warrant action?
- What can we reliably compare over time?
Who delivers the diagnostic?
You work directly with Luca Vicini, from scoping the questions to discussing the findings and next steps.

What you receive
Baseline & competitor comparison
Mentions, prominence and citations, with the prompt sample, run dates and denominators made explicit.
Sources & technical findings
Cited domains and pages, representation of your business, content gaps and relevant crawl or entity checks.
A prioritised plan
Actions sequenced over 90 days, with rationale, dependencies, responsibility and a proposed follow-up measure.
Reusable evidence
A retained response archive, a findings export and documentation so the baseline can be revisited.
Inside the report
An annotated report outline showing the sections, evidence and decisions included in the deliverable.
| Report section | What to look for |

| 05 · 90-day plan | Priority → owner → dependency → next measurement. |
Before we start
Does the diagnostic guarantee citations?
No. It establishes a baseline and identifies opportunities. AI results vary and future mentions or citations cannot be promised.
Is implementation included?
The diagnostic includes the assessment and plan. Implementation and recurring monitoring are separate, explicitly scoped engagements.
Will this measure revenue from every AI answer?
No. Answer visibility, identifiable referral traffic and qualified enquiries are different measures. Their relationship is assessed without claiming complete attribution.
What do you need from me to start?
Your website, priority audience and market, the questions you want to answer, and a shortlist of competitors. We agree the prompt panel and any necessary access before collection.
How is a multilingual site scoped?
Language and market are separate dimensions. The entry scope covers one of each; additional combinations are agreed and priced explicitly.
What happens after the 90-day plan?
You can implement the priorities with your team or scope separate support. Follow-up measurement needs to be agreed; it is not automatically included in the diagnostic.
