Enquiries and correspondence
When you submit an enquiry, your name, email address, message, selected service, optional company and website, language and acknowledgement of this notice are used to respond to you. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. Processing is based on taking steps at your request before a contract, or the legitimate interest in answering other enquiries.
Cloudflare Workers KV stores the enquiry for up to 90 days as a delivery safeguard. Resend delivers it to Luca by email. A temporary counter based on your IP address limits abuse and expires after one hour. Correspondence is kept for no more than 24 months after the last exchange unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer retention.
Hosting and service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and processes technical request data, including IP addresses, browser information and requested URLs. This supports the legitimate interest in providing a secure, functioning website.
Cloudflare, Google and Resend may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their applicable data-processing terms and international-transfer safeguards apply. External sites such as LinkedIn have their own privacy notices.
Analytics and consent
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 are used in advanced Consent Mode. Before you accept analytics cookies, Google tags can send cookieless measurement signals, including consent status, page and browser information. Refusing cookies does not stop those signals. The existing measurement setup uses legitimate interest for this limited measurement; cookie-based analytics relies on your consent.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics cookies support usage measurement and data may be analysed in BigQuery. The retention policy is 14 months for event-level analytics and no more than 24 months for exports. Do not include confidential information in page URLs.
Cookies and your choices
The necessary cc_cookie remembers your choice for about six months. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are used only after consent and can last up to two years. The preferences window describes the categories and cookies.
You can reject optional cookies or change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawing a category also removes its cookies from this device. No advertising tags are currently used.
Newsletter registration
Newsletter registration is coming soon. There is no newsletter signup form and no email addresses are collected for subscriptions. This notice will be updated before registration opens.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Write to luca.vicini@deep-analytics.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, AEPD.
